Meetings with College Staff

 Meetings with Tutors
You will have an opportunity to meet your son’s/daughter’s tutor at 6.00 pm on Thursday 8th September 2011. For those of you who were unable to attend in July, there will also be another opportunity for you to attend the Principal’s general information session for New Parents at 7.15 pm, after you have met the tutor. You are also likely to be able to meet with your son or daughter’s tutor again during parent lecturer evenings.

Meetings with Lecturers
Parent lecturer evenings provide you with an opportunity to discuss your son or daughter’s progress with lecturers from each of their courses. 

• Evenings run approximately from 5.00 pm - 8.00 pm. 
• An appointment sheet will be sent to you prior to the meeting and your son or daughter should use this sheet to make appointments with individual members of staff.
• The Faculty Director, the Director of 14-19 curriculum and other members of the senior leadership team will normally be present to follow up any particular queries you may have.
• Subject staff will usually be located either in their normal teaching areas or the Main Hall.  A list of staff locations will be available from reception when you arrive.

Please allow time for parking as evening classes are usually in progress on these evenings.
